Winter 2010 Two One-Day Silent TWDD Meditation Retreat
Location: 533 Tipperton Cres, Oakville.
Who: For those who have gone through the first two-hour initial teaching only and have been practicing daily.
Goal: Learn and explore powerful expressions of meditation practice and Buddhist Wisdom. Enjoy peaceful and insightful group energy.
Cost: $110 for the two day attendees, or $60 for one day attendees. All meals are included.

8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Morning Chanting Recitation
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 Serve Yourself Breakfast
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Standing TWDD Meditation
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Vegetarian Lunch Break
2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Walking Meditation
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Teaching and Discussion Session
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Sitting TWDD Meditation Session
4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Rest (or Sitting Meditation)
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Light Vegetarian Dinner
7:00 p.m. Retreat finish for one day attendees
For two day attendees:
7: 30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Earth Store Bodhisattva Recitation
9:30 p.m. Rest
Day 2:

Include meals and free overnight stay availible. Bring your own sleeping bag and your favourite pillow.
* Suggested belongings to bring for your comfort -- sleeping bag, toiletries & towel, sports shoe, blanket for meditation, and any snacks or food of your preference.
* Sleeping arrangements available: 2 queen beds, single gym mat and plenty of room for sleeping bags. Bring your favourite pillow & teddie bear!
